Delivery

We offer a carefully managed delivery service across the UK. During peak periods, including collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended as each order is prepared with care.

COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY

Complimentary delivery is available on UK Mainland orders over £120 (excluding Highlands & Islands). Delivery charges for all other areas are shown below.

*Next Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3pm or on non-working days are dispatched the next working day, e.g. Friday orders arrive Monday and weekend orders arrive Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

HEAVIER ORDERS

For larger or heavier pieces, a small surcharge may be applied at checkout, based on weight and destination.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with DPD. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS so you can follow your delivery.

Larger orders may be sent in more than one parcel, which may arrive on different days. Your tracking emails will show each parcel separately.

You can also track your order below using the tracking number from your dispatch email and your postcode.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

We kindly ask that any delivery issues, including damaged, missing or incorrect items, are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to work with our courier partners and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered, a refund will be issued for the product value, excluding the original delivery charge and any additional costs incurred.
