We keep shipping simple. Times and options vary by location. During busy periods, especially seasonal launches, deliveries may take a little longer.
International
For all other destinations, email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com with the items you would like and your full delivery address.
Free shipping
Orders over £150 to UK mainland only.

Next Day
Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday aim to arrive the next working day. Friday orders before 3pm arrive Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday and at weekends arrive Tuesday. Bank holidays are excluded.
Taxes and duties
The final price at checkout includes all applicable taxes and/or duties for orders. This includes orders from USA, Europe, ROI and ROW.
Heavy orders
For heavy orders, a small surcharge may be added at checkout based on total weight - this varies depending on location
Tracking
We ship with DPD. You will receive email and SMS updates with tracking links so you can follow your parcel.
Important information
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
For international orders, customs checks can cause delays. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. We cannot offer free returns in these circumstances.
If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the product cost minus the shipping fee and any additional costs incurred to return the parcel to us.
