Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, full name, and shipping address. We will then email you return instructions.
Returning your purchase
Returns must be sent back at your own cost. Please return items in their original packaging and ensure all delicate products are securely protected. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your receipt, as we are not responsible for returns that go missing. If a phone number is required, please use your own for self-tracking.
If your return is due to our error or the goods are damaged, we will arrange a free return. More details will be provided during the process.
If you prefer us to arrange a collection, we can do so Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00. The cost is £10 for UK Mainland customers, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of your return being received and processed. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 5 working days to show the funds. Shipping costs are non refundable unless your order is confirmed as faulty.
Faulty items
If you are unhappy with the quality or your item is damaged, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number, full name, shipping address, and photographs so we can investigate for you.
Seconds and Sale Items
Items sold as Seconds are non returnable and non refundable, as clearly stated on the product page at purchase.
Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate this before your order is dispatched by our in-house warehouse team.
