We hope you’ll love your purchase from THE SUFFOLK NEST but if you change your mind, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

- Order number

- First name and last name

- Shipping address

We’ll then send you an email with more information on how to return.

 

Returning your purchase

You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing.

If you are returning larger items, please contact us and we can arrange a collection at a time that’s convenient for you.

Please note, fresh flowers and wreath kits are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Depending on your card issuer, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.

Please note, your initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless your purchase is considered faulty.

 

Faulty items

We take great care to ensure that our fresh flowers, wreath kits and items arrive beautifully packaged just as they left us. However, if you are unhappy with the quality or your purchase appears to be damaged, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, first name/last name, shipping address and some photographs so we can look into this further for you.

 

Cancelling your order

If you need to cancel or amend your fresh flower order, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com 5 days before your specified shipping date. Please note, we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments after this time.
