WHERE WE SHIP
We ship within the United Kingdom, Ireland and selected countries within Europe. Shipping options and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
If you would like to order for a destination outside these locations, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com for assistance.
ORDERING
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. A binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
Please check that all information is correct at the time of ordering. If something needs updating, contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to differences between screens and devices.
Some of our items are arranged or styled by hand. This may result in small variations in placement or finish which form part of their natural character.
PRICING
Prices are shown in GBP as standard, however the currency displayed may vary depending on your location. Final costs, including shipping, are confirmed at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch. We are not obliged to supply any item at an incorrect price.
PAYMENT
We accept all major debit and credit cards, digital wallets and accelerated checkout methods offered through our platform. These include options such as American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Flexible payment services, including Klarna and Clearpay, may also be available depending on your location and eligibility. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Gift cards issued by The Suffolk Nest can be used as full or part payment at checkout.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be used with products already on sale unless explicitly stated.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown in your dispatch email. Customs delays are outside our control.
A signature may be required on delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly addressed.
If your order arrives damaged, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com as soon as possible and keep all original packaging.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your purchase is unsuitable, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be sent at your own cost unless the item is confirmed as faulty. Please return items in their original packaging and ensure delicate items are securely protected. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt.
Returns are processed within 1-5 days of receipt. Refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account. To exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com within 48 of delivery. Once the item has been inspected we will offer a refund, replacement or discount.

If you use hashtag THESUFFOLKNEST or tag our account, you grant us permission to feature the imagery for marketing purposes. This does not affect your ownership of the content.
