Faux flowers are designed to last, and with a little care, they’ll stay looking beautiful for years to come.

1. Display with Care

• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Rotate stems occasionally for even wear

2. Keep Them Clean

• Dust regularly using a soft cloth or duster
• For hard-to-reach areas, use a hairdryer on a cool setting
• For marks, gently wipe with a baby wipe or lightly damp cloth

3. Be Mindful with Water

• Only place stems in water if they are plastic (not paper-wrapped)
• If you cut the stems, seal the ends with clear nail varnish or glue to prevent rust

4. Store Them Properly

• Clean before storing
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
• Use a sturdy box with lid

Any faux stems or faux trees/plants will specify whether or not they are UV and weather proof.

Anything that has not been designed to be weather proof, we'd recommend these remain for internal use only. Many of our customers have used their faux flowers outdoors for short periods of time without

If you are planning on displaying any of our faux flowers and plants that haven't specifically been designed for outdoor use, here are some things to consider:

• Over time the colours may fade, or discolour from sun exposure
• Most faux flowers have an internal wire that will rust when exposed to moisture, which could stain the fabric.
• Dirt accumilation
• Repeated exposure to rain can cause mould or mildew
  
  
  
  

Store in an airtight container somewhere cool and dark.

This depends on the size of the vase you're using, as well as the neck opening of the vase. The larger the vase and neck opening, the more flowers you'll need.

As a very general rule of thumb:

Small Pots/Vases: 3-6 stems

Medium Vases: 6-12

Large Vases: 12-18

Yes - all our faux stems are sealed at the bottom meaning you can place them in water. We particularly love placing them in water when a glass vase is used to enhance the authenticity of the flowers. However, if you cut the stems to make them shorter, this will expose the internal wire, making it susceptible to rust. To avoid this, simply seal the ends of the stems by using hot glue, super glue, or clear nail vanish.

A handwritten note can be included with your purchase. Once you have added an item to your cart, simply click on ‘Add Note’ and enter your message.

Your faux flowers will arrive carefully gift wrapped, in a recyclable cardboard box. Some of the long stems may be bent in order to pack them which can easily be straightened out once you remove the arrangement from the box. The box it arrives in is perfect for storing your faux flowers once they are no longer in use.
