Delivery

We offer a carefully managed delivery service across the UK. During peak periods, including collection launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended as each order is prepared with care.

Complimentary Delivery

Complimentary delivery is available on all UK mainland orders over £150. 

UK Delivery

*Next Day Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched for next working day delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will arrive Monday.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will arrive Tuesday.
Bank holidays excluded.

Heavier Orders

For larger or heavier pieces, a small surcharge may be applied at checkout, based on weight and destination.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with DPD. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via email and SMS so you can follow your delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently paused during this busy period. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming this service shortly.

Important Information

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or non delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

We kindly ask that any delivery issues, including damaged, missing or incorrect items, are reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to work with our courier partners and resolve any problems as quickly as possible

If an order is returned to us as undelivered, a refund will be issued for the product value, excluding the original delivery charge and any additional costs incurred.
