We keep shipping simple. Delivery times and options vary by location. During busy periods, particularly around seasonal launches, delivery may take slightly longer.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on UK mainland orders over £150.

International Orders

For destinations not listed below, please email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com with the items you would like and your full delivery address.

UK Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday aim to arrive the next working day.

• Orders placed before 3pm Friday arrive Monday
• Orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend arrive Tuesday

Bank holidays are excluded.

Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK under €150, parcels are sent Delivered at Place (DAP). This means local import duties or taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives in your country. If applicable, the courier will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.

For orders over €150 shipped outside the UK, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all duties and taxes are included in the checkout price, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Heavy Orders

For heavier orders, a small surcharge may be applied at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

Tracking

We ship with DPD. Once dispatched, you will receive email and SMS updates with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Important Information

Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs checks. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee and any additional return costs incurred.
