TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the basis of the contract between THE SUFFOLK NEST (“THE SUFFOLK NEST” “we” “us”) and our customers. Please read our Terms carefully before placing an order on thesuffolknest.com. By visiting, browsing, registering, or placing an order on THE SUFFOLK NEST, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately.

ORDERING ONLINE

You can place your order online. You will receive a confirmation email which details your purchase, the price and your billing and/or shipping address. Please check that the information is correct and contact us immediately if there is an error.

Your confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order but a legally binding contract is not formed until you receive confirmation that your purchase has been dispatched.

We have the right not to accept an order for any given reason.

 

ITEM DESCRIPTION & REPRESENTATION

We display the colours and images of the items we sell as accurately as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that this is a true reflection of the item you will receive as it can look different on various screens and devices.

 

PRICING

The prices are displayed on the site in GBP. The final purchase price will be calculated at checkout when you have entered your shipping location.

We always try to ensure that the prices shown are accurate. If on the rare occasion that there is an error, we will contact you straight away. Please note, we are under no obligation to offer you the item at the incorrect price and will give you the option to cancel and refund you in full if you would prefer not to pay the difference.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, or with a SUFFOLK NEST gift card.

Your payment will be processed securely, and the amount will be taken as soon as your order has been placed.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Please note, discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with items already marked on sale.

 

DELIVERY

Your purchase must be signed for when it is delivered. This ensures that your order reaches you securely. If you can’t be present when your delivery is due to arrive, please make sure someone is available otherwise you will need to reschedule another delivery day and time window.

It’s important that the shipping address you provide at the time of ordering is accurate and correct as we cannot be held responsible for parcels which may go missing.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of taking payment. Your delivery should arrive within the timeframe specified in your dispatch email. Please bear in mind, any potential custom delays are outside our control.

If your purchase doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@thesuffolknest.com. We will ask you to retain the original packaging as proof of the condition the goods were received in.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason, your purchase is unsuitable you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund. This will exclude your initial shipping cost unless your item is deemed faulty.

You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original packaging and any delicate items are securely packaged. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and keep hold of the receipt as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing and may refuse a refund for orders that are inadequately packaged.

Fresh flowers and wreath kits are non-returnable. This will be clearly marked on the product page if this applies.

Your return will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. If you haven’t received the funds after this time, please contact your payment issuer for assistance.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another item, you will need to return your order and place a new order.

FAULTY ITEMS

Where an item is deemed faulty after inspection, we will offer you a refund, replacement or a discount. Please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at, customerservices@thesuffolknest.com.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The The Suffolk Nest mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Suffolk Nest Ltd. (“The Suffolk Nest”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Suffolk Nest’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Suffolk Nest through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Suffolk Nest. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to SuffolkNest or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Suffolk Nest mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to SuffolkNest or email customerservices@thesuffolknest.com.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE

All wording, designs, photography, copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property remain the property of THE SUFFOLK NEST. You are only permitted to use such content if authorised by us. We reserve the right to pursue legal proceedings where necessary.

The site is for your own personal use and you agree that you will not use, sell or supply any item(s) purchased from THE SUFFOLK NEST for your commercial gain.

We reserve the right to use imagery for any form of advertising including web-based promotions, brochures, and competitions if you use #THESUFFOLKNEST and @THESUFFOLKNEST on your Instagram post.

 

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
