 *For orders shipped to Northern Ireland, we will aim to package your delivery in one box however, if this isn’t possible (e.g. a faux flower arrangement and vase) we’ll contact you to take an additional delivery payment.

Taxes & Duties

The final purchase price at checkout includes all applicable taxes and/or duties from orders within the UK, Ireland and USA. Northern Ireland or Rest of World orders may incur local courier fees.

UK Heavy Orders

For orders that are 20kg +, you will be charged a small surcharge per kg at checkout according to the total weight of your order.

At The Suffolk Nest, we use trusted courier services, including DPD, Evri and USPS, to ensure your orders are delivered promptly. You will receive email and SMS updates regarding your parcel's status from both us and the courier. We encourage you to click the tracking links provided in these communications for more detailed information.

DPD Delivery

Evri Delivery

- Receive timely updates on your package through email and SMS notifications with tracking details for easy tracking.

USPS

- Similar notifications will be sent via email and SMS, with tracking links for your convenience.

UK Next Day Delivery

Order by 3 PM for next day delivery. Orders before 3 PM on Friday arrive Monday; those after 3 PM Friday and over the weekend arrive Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

If your order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the cost of your purchase minus the shipping price as well as any additional costs incurred in sending your order back to us.
