*For orders shipped to Northern Ireland and Ireland, we will aim to package your delivery in one box however, if this isn’t possible (e.g. a faux flower arrangement and vase) we’ll contact you to take an additional delivery payment.

Taxes & Duties

The final purchase price at checkout includes all applicable taxes and/or duties from orders within the UK and USA. Anything from ROI or Rest of World your local courier will collect additional fees.

Tracking your purchase

DPD Delivery

   - DPD delivers from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 6 pm.

   - You will receive a time slot notification on the day of delivery to keep you informed about when to expect your parcel.

   - To enhance your delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app, where you can manage your delivery preferences.

Evri Delivery

   - Evri also provides timely updates regarding your package.

   - Similar to DPD, you will be notified via email and SMS with tracking details, allowing you to track your order efficiently.

Important information

• Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided. Please be aware that we can’t be held responsible if the address entered at checkout is incorrect or missing information.
• We are not held responsible for any incorrect information provided at checkout
• If your order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the cost of your purchase minus the shipping price as well as any additional costs incurred in sending your order back to us.
